This fern, a symbol of maturity, includes elements showing strength and tenacity (the hammerhead shark motif and the spearheads), bringing new beginnings (the koru) and a new life (te ha, the breath of life), with flax leaves for family union.
Below the fern, the flower of hibiscus is a symbol of carpe diem,
living every moment fully, with a Marquesan cross disguised in it for
harmony.
Right below the hibiscus we placed the names of Jenny´s
children, both protected by the tiki hands and the lizard (health and
good luck) through every change (the waves).
The row of birds that goes all along the tattoo symbolizes the voyage of life, leading to freedom (the bird) and family (the turtle, with the shell shaped like a twist, and with the couple in front within a sun to symbolize joy and union), while a star symbolizes direction and importance.
Fish represent prosperity, shark teeth protection and adaptability, and mountains are for stability.
